Critical Drivers (Warning and Critical levels)
This panel shows offline drivers who still have upcoming pickups. Yellow cards are early warnings (20–30 minutes), and red cards are critical (0–20 minutes) requiring immediate action.

Drivers Currently on a Ride
Lists drivers who are actively busy with a ride in progress. Use this panel to keep track of all live trips where passengers are on board or the driver is en route.

Online but Inactive for 30+ Minutes
Shows drivers who are online but have not updated their status or location for at least 30 minutes. These may require a quick check-in or follow-up.

Online — Active and Healthy
Displays drivers who are online, updating regularly, and not currently on a ride. These are the drivers most ready to claim new bookings.

Offline Drivers (No Urgent Bookings)
Shows all drivers who are offline and do not have any upcoming urgent pickups. Use this mainly for background awareness and non-urgent follow-up.
