At Ritugo, we believe in transparent pricing — no surprises. Our fare rates are based on time of day, vehicle type, and special events. You’ll always know what you’re paying before you book.

How Ritugo Fares Work
Ritugo fares are simple.
Your ride cost depends on:
The time of day (Off-Peak, Peak, Super Peak)
The type of vehicle you choose.
How your fare is calculated:
Base Rate (based on time of day)
+
Vehicle Type Adjustment (if any)
Total Fare per Mile (shown to you before you book)
Fare Rates by Time of Day
Off-Peak: $1.10 per mile
Peak: $1.75 per mile
Super Peak: $2.50 per mil
Peak Hours:
5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
9:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Off-Peak: All other times outside Peak hours.
Super Peak: Applies during big concerts, sporting events, or inclement weather events. You’ll be notified on the booking page when Super Peak is active.
How Vehicle Types Affect Fares
Sedan (Standard Ride):
Off-Peak: $1.10 per mile
Peak: $1.75 per mile
Super Peak: $2.50 per mile
Luxury Sedan (Premium Ride):
Off-Peak: $1.75 per mile
Peak: $2.50 per mile

Simple Example — How You’ll Be Charged
Step 1 — What time is it?
If it’s during Peak Hours → You pay Peak fare
If it’s Off-Peak → You pay Off-Peak fare
If it’s Super Peak → You pay Super Peak fare
Step 2 — What car did you choose?
Sedan = base price
Luxury Sedan = slightly higher per mile (nicer car, premium service)
Example:
You book a Luxury Sedan at 8:00 AM (Peak Hour).
→ You will pay $2.50 per mile (Peak rate + Luxury Sedan adjustment).
The total is shown to you before you click “Book Now.”
